Apple Releases Airport Utility 5.5.1 For Mac

I have a Mac Pro 2009 connected by ethernet to my wired and wireless lan. After upgrading to Airport Utility Version 5.5.1 (551.19), I can see the AEBS but get a spinning wheel when I try to do a manual or assisted setup. Eventually I get an error message asking to confirm the AEBS is connected by ethernet which it is.

I can access the setup via a wireless laptop with the 5.5.1 Airport Utility upgrade, or any other wired desktop using the prior Airport Utility release 5.4.2. The 2 TC, and AEBS are connected to ethernet and setup to allow roaming. All AEBS are DB and using 7.4.2 firmware.

    5.5.1

I tried rolling back to 5.4.2 on the MAC Pro but I get the same problem. Leads me to believe the 5.5.1 upgrade has rewritten files in the library or similar settings. I confirmed I can access the TC's from the MAC Pro via the network so they are there and available.
